Block reagent pumping station
It is designed for mixing depressant and anti-turbulent additives in reagent tanks.
The reagent block pumping station (BNR) is designed for mixing depressant and anti-turbulent additives in reagent tanks.
The BNR also includes:
filters;
depulsators;
process piping, including pipeline elements;
regulating and shut-off electric valves;
set of instrumentation and automation devices.
BNR is made in the form of a single-storey block-box with dimensions of 6000x3000x3200 mm of maximum factory readiness, with engineering and technical support systems and process equipment placed in it.
The BNR consists of two rooms separated by a fireproof partition of type 1 in accordance with the requirements of SP 4.13130.2009 with a fire resistance limit of EI45:
Pumping unit room;
Electrical control room.
A separate entrance is provided to each room. The unit is equipped with the necessary stairs and service platforms.
The BNR is equipped with pumps for dosing the solution reagents. The pump parameters are presented in Table 1, supplied complete with instrumentation and automation equipment for monitoring the technological process of operation, junction boxes, cable products, and control system equipment.
The design and manufacture of the BNR is carried out taking into account the parameters of the pumped medium, the required capacity and pressure, operating conditions, and individual customer requirements.
