Liquid drainage mesh filter

They are designed to clean liquids pumped at enterprises of the oil, gas, chemical, petrochemical, mining industries, as well as housing and communal services from mechanical impurities with nominal bores from DN 15 to DN 500 and nominal pressures of 1.6; 2.5; 4.0; 6.3 MPa (16, 25, 40, 63 kgf/cm2).

Liquid drainage mesh filters (FSDZh) are designed to clean liquids pumped at enterprises of the oil, gas, chemical, petrochemical, mining industries, as well as housing and communal services from mechanical impurities with nominal bores from DN 15 to DN 500 and nominal pressures of 1.6; 2.5; 4.0; 6.3 MPa (16, 25, 40, 63 kgf/cm2).

Temperature of transported liquid from minus 60 to plus 300 °C.

Climatic performance of filters - U, HL and UHL, placement category 1 according to GOST 15150.

Hazard classes of transported liquid - 1, 2, 3 and 4 GOST 12.1.007.

Filters are manufactured in 2 design versions according to the method of connection to pipelines:

- version 1 - filters with nozzles and with mating flanges (flange connection);
- version 2 - filters with welding pipes (welded connection).

The design of the FSZh filter is provided with two types of covers:

- type 1 - flange plug on a bolted connection;
- type 2 - quick-release connection (end clamp lock);
- type 3 - quick-release connection - bayonet lock.

When the flow passes through the FSZh filter housing, foreign mechanical inclusions are filtered out using a filter element, which is a perforated grid and a filter element - a fine mesh.

The degree of filtration corresponds to the diameter of the mesh cell of the filter cartridge.

The filter cartridges are made of perforated sheets and a metal mesh located between them. The size of the mesh cells or the mesh pitch depends on the fineness of filtration, which is specified when ordering. The filter is washed and the sediment is discharged by a short-term reverse feed of purified liquid and by fully opening the valve on the drainage pipe.

The assembled filter is installed on supports and connected to the pipelines for supplying and removing the working medium and discharging sludge through valves.

The symbol of filters when ordering is determined according to the specific requirements of the consumer and must correspond to the data indicated in the structural diagram of the filter symbol.

The design and manufacture of FSZh is carried out taking into account the parameters of the medium being purified, the nominal filtration fineness, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
