Gas mesh filters
It is designed to clean natural and liquefied hydrocarbon gases for industrial and domestic purposes, as well as other non-aggressive gases from mechanical impurities, in order to prevent clogging and wear of gas equipment. Filters are manufactured for nominal pressures of 1.6; 2.5; 4.0; 6.3 MPa, at temperatures of transported gases from minus 60 to plus 300°C.
The mesh gas filter (FGS) is designed to clean natural and liquefied hydrocarbon gases for industrial and domestic purposes, as well as other non-aggressive gases from mechanical impurities, in order to prevent clogging and wear of gas equipment. Filters are manufactured for nominal pressures of 1.6; 2.5; 4.0; 6.3 MPa, at temperatures of transported gases from minus 60 to plus 300°C.
Specifications
Hazard classes of the transported medium 1, 2, 3 and 4 GOST 12.1.007.
Product placement category – 1, climatic version (macroclimatic region) – U, HL and UHL according to GOST 15150.
The design of the FGS filter (Fig. 1) is provided with three types of covers:
- type 1 – flange plug on a bolted connection;
- type 2 – quick-release connection, namely, an end clamp lock;
- type 3 – bayonet lock.
Two design versions of filters are manufactured according to the method of connection to the pipeline:
version 1 – on flanges;
version 2 – by welding.
Example of conventional designation of filters when ordering and in documents
filter FGS 250-16-80-1-2-T-UKHL, TU 28.99.39-004-75816937-2018, where:
gas mesh filter FGS;
installed on a pipeline DN 250 mm;
for a nominal pressure of 16 kgf/cm2;
filtration fineness 80 μm;
with a flange plug on a bolted connection - 1, design version - 2;
T - indicates the presence of heat treatment;
climatic version UHL.
Design and manufacture of FGS is carried out taking into account the parameters of the purified medium, the degree of filtration, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
