Block-cluster pumping stations
They are designed for pumping formation and fresh water and supplying it to the intake of injection wells in the formation pressure maintenance system.
The block cluster pumping station (BCPS) is designed for pumping formation and fresh water and supplying it to the intake of injection wells in the formation pressure maintenance system.
BCPS is manufactured in the form of transport-sized block boxes.
The block cluster station includes:
Water filtration station;
Pump unit;
Block for placing the control unit;
Block of auxiliary pumps, block of transformer substation;
Block for placing exciters of synchronous electric motors;
Block of distribution device with microprocessor protection;
Block of collectors;
Block for soft start;
Oil management unit;
Operator unit;
Mechanical workshop unit;
Hardware unit;
Block for pumping out washing wave;
Tank for emergency draining of oils from transformers;
Separation and underground drainage tanks;
Booster pump station;
Service platforms for repair of engines, pumps.
BKNS is equipped with pumping units of the following types: CNSA, ANTSS, UTsGN, ETSNAKIG and others, as well as imported pumping units depending on the Customer's requirements. Depending on the design features of the pumping units, BKNS can be equipped with a lubrication and cooling system for bearing assemblies, with air or water cooling of the working agent, which is located in a separate block or in meter-long inserts between the modules.
The BKNS drainage system, at the specific request of the Customer, can be equipped with drainage tanks for collecting: leaks, used oil, as well as a storage tank for the oil reserve. Pumping out of drainage tanks is carried out by semi-submersible pumps installed on the tanks themselves, or by drainage pumps of the CNS type through a vacuum tank located in a separate block as part of the BKNS building.
The design and manufacture of the BKNS is carried out taking into account the parameters of the pumped medium, the required capacity and pressure, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
