Pile tips are made from steel pipes of standard diameters from 108 to 630 mm.

To produce tips, pipes are cut into even sectors.

A plasma pipe cutting machine with CNC is used to cut the tip.

The use of ready-made tips allows to reduce transportation costs and speed up the installation process in the field, since only one ring seam needs to be welded at the site (the tips have a chamfer for welding).
