Industrial compressor equipment modules of the following types:

modular compressor station (MCS);
modular gas compressor station (MKSG);
modular gas compressor energy complex (MKEKG);
modular diesel compressor station (MKSD);
modular diesel compressor energy complex (MKEKD).
Modular compressor stations are designed to accommodate and operate compressor units, drying stations, receivers and life support systems (lighting, heating, ventilation, fire alarm, automatic fire extinguishing).

MKS, MKSG, MKECG, MKSD, MKECD are made in the climatic version UHL1 in accordance with GOST 15150-69.

The design of MKSG, MKECG, MKSD, MKECD allows installation:

on an unprepared site with a hard surface;
on skids for movement outside public roads;
on a wheeled vehicle intended for movement on public roads
Example of designation when ordering: MKSG AAA/BB-V-H-GG, where:

MKSG - modular gas compressor station;
AAA - total capacity of the MKS (MKSG, MKEK, MKSD, MKEKD) excluding losses for desiccant regeneration (if any) and operating conditions of all installed compressor units, nm3/min;
BB- maximum excess (working) pressure, MPa;
B- number of compressor units in the module;
X- drying system installed (A - adsorption type, P - refrigeration type);
GG- volume of the installed compressed gas storage system (gas collector volume), m3 (gas collectors may be installed in one module together with compressor equipment, or in a separate module or on a special platform).

The composition of the MKSG (MKSD) generally includes:

module for equipment placement;
compressor unit/station (compressor units/stations) driven by an electric motor;
control system;
gas preparation system;
pipeline valves;
lighting system;
heating system;
ventilation system (TVR maintenance);
fire and security system alarms;
automatic fire extinguishing system.
Additionally, the MKSG (MKSD) are equipped with gas collectors (receivers). The composition of the MKEKG (MKEKD) generally includes:

a module for placing equipment;
a ​​compressor unit/station (compressor units/stations) driven by an internal combustion engine;
a control system;
a gas preparation system;
pipeline valves;
a lighting system;
a heating system;
a ventilation system (maintaining TVR);
a fire and security alarm system;
an automatic fire extinguishing system;
In the future, all requirements concerning the MKSG are mandatory for other modifications (MKSG, MKEKG, MKSD, MKEKD).

The design and manufacture of the MKSG is carried out taking into account the parameters of the pumped medium, the required capacity, the outlet pressure, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
