The pumping station is manufactured in a block design of complete factory readiness with installed process equipment, process pipelines, shut-off and control valves, instrumentation and automation, heating and electric lighting devices, ventilation equipment.

The composition of the unit and the delivery set include:

Stable condensate pump (2 pcs.);
Unstable condensate pump;
Angle mesh filter on the stable condensate line (2 pcs.);
Angle mesh filter on the unstable condensate line;
Power supply system (provided by the manufacturer in accordance with IT);
Automatic fire extinguishing, fire alarm and notification system (provided by the manufacturer in accordance with IT);
Ventilation system (provided by the manufacturer in accordance with IT);
Heating system (provided by the manufacturer in accordance with IT);
Piping of the unit equipment (provided by the manufacturer);
Shut-off, control and safety valves (provided by the manufacturer);
Control and measuring instruments and automation equipment (provided by the manufacturer);
Climatic version - UHL. The service life of the pumping station is at least 20 years.

The design and manufacture of the pumping station is carried out taking into account the parameters of the pumped medium, the required capacity and pressure, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
