Screw piles

A screw pile is an element of a quickly erected foundation that can be driven into almost any soil.

A screw pile is an element of a quickly erected foundation that can be driven into almost any soil. Such piles are made from steel pipes of various diameters with special blades for screwing into the massif both manually and with special machines. This method allows you to get the most durable foundation for any object in the shortest possible time.

These piles are used for the construction of:

capital structures;
individual residential construction projects;
hydraulic structures on waterlogged soils (berths, bridges, etc.);
power transmission lines and masts;
hangars and warehouses;
industrial greenhouses;
noise protection screens, fences, billboards.
Screw pile foundations are popular as bases for temporary structures (trade pavilions, attractions, etc.), fences, terraces, gazebos and other objects, including those requiring a high level of reliability and production in a short time. The absence of noise and vibration during installation makes screw piles indispensable when working in dense urban areas.

Soils also impose virtually no restrictions on the use of screw piles. Moreover, they are the preferred option for construction in such complex engineering and geological conditions as permafrost (perennial) areas, coarse-grained, heaving, weak and waterlogged soils, etc.

Calculation, manufacture and delivery of screw piles are carried out on the basis of a questionnaire or technical specifications of the Customer.
