Technological reinforcement block (TRB)

It is designed to measure the flow rate of gas wells, regulate gas consumption, shut down the well in case of an emergency failure on the pipeline, switch the gas flow from the well to the flare, supply and regulate methanol consumption.

The process valve block (BTa) is designed to measure the flow rate of gas wells, regulate gas consumption, shut down the well in case of an emergency failure on the pipeline, switch the gas flow from the well to the flare, supply and regulate methanol consumption. The scope of application is the development of gas and gas condensate wells.

BTa belongs to explosion hazardous areas of class B-1r, according to Chapter 7.4. "Rules for the Installation of Electrical Installations (PUE)".

The climatic conditions of BTa operation are in accordance with SNiP 23-01-99.

The design solutions of the BTa platform imply maximum factory readiness and ensure quick installation and connection of equipment to the pipeline system of the field.

The twin BT will reduce the costs of construction and installation works, since only one pile foundation is required for the block platform, which will lead to a decrease in the total cost of the BT.

Convenience in the work of the service personnel makes it possible to promptly monitor the operation and regulation of 2 wells, as well as the supply of methanol to prevent hydrate plugs.

Full automation of the BT with remote control and monitoring of the well operation from the control panel of the UKPG is possible.

The design and manufacture of the BT is carried out taking into account the required productivity, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
