The mobile downhole compressor unit consists of a multi-stage compressor with an electric drive, as well as a process line, located in a shelter block.

The process line includes shut-off and control valves, parameter control systems and air conditioning.

Automatic operation is carried out by a control station made in the form of a separate cabinet.

Currently, a single-pipe sealed oil collection system is used in the development of oil fields. One of the disadvantages of this system is the high linear pressure, which depends on the length of the system and on the pressure at the oil metering and collection point (AGZU, TsPPN, etc.). At the same time, the annular pressure through the pressure of the gas-water column affects the dynamic level and is associated with the bottomhole pressure. Its high values ​​​​ultimately limit the implementation of the well potential. As a result, the operating conditions of the submersible pump deteriorate due to the "squeezing" of the dynamic level, reducing the flow and subsequent disruption of the pump due to the entry of a large volume of gas into its receiving part. Due to the smooth reduction of the annular pressure, the growth of the dynamic level and the smooth withdrawal of liquid, additional depression is created on the formation, thereby increasing the flow of liquid into the bottomhole zone of the well. The correct selection of wells taking into account the established criteria makes it possible to obtain additional oil production with the adjustment of the pressure balance inside the production column.
