It is designed to supply foaming agent solution from the pumping station to foam generators.

The process unit of the valve chamber of the foam fire extinguishing station is designed to supply foaming agent solution to protected objects. It is installed on the industrial and fire-fighting water supply network on a specially designed and manufactured structure (block box). The operating mode is continuous (year-round), without the constant presence of personnel.

The block box has a fire resistance level specified by the project; its design takes into account wind, snow, seismic and temperature loads that will affect the station at the place of its operation. The main structural element of the block box is an arched steel frame on which enclosing structures made of sandwich panels are mounted. Anti-corrosion protection of the steel building structures of the block box is provided in accordance with SP 28.13330.2012.

The fire extinguishing pumping station room, consisting of block boxes, is equipped with lifting mechanisms, electric or water heating system, lighting, ventilation, gas control systems and fire alarm sensors.

The design and manufacture of the fire extinguishing pumping station is carried out taking into account the required capacity and pressure, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
