Mobile separation units (MSU)
They are designed for primary preparation (separation, cleaning, heating, cooling) and measurement of oil and gas well products at various pressures, flow rates and temperatures; filling (pumping) of oil, condensate and water; utilization of associated gas in a flare. The units may be equipped with heating or cooling of the product.

The units may be equipped with heating or cooling of the product. Temporary storage of the extracted product is also provided.
It is possible to use gas as a fuel for oil heating furnaces, boiler houses and gas power plants.
MSU types:
Mobile well exploration and development complexes (MWDC).
Mobile block separation and loading units (MBSNU).
Mobile oil treatment units (MUPN).
Mobile preliminary water discharge units (MUPSV).
MSU can also be used as a measuring complex that meets the requirements of supervisory authorities in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use", GOST R 53710 "Oil and Gas Oil Fields. Rules for Designing Development".
MSU can be manufactured and supplied in two design versions:
– Version I - mobile, on a frame base, a car chassis, a tractor trailer with screw supports or a semi-trailer. It is placed without a shelter (open version), in a shelter or a block box.
– Version II - stationary, on a frame base. It is placed without a shelter (open version), in a shelter or a block box.
The PKIOS is designed for trial operation and development by oil and gas producing enterprises of newly drilled and previously mothballed oil and gas producing wells before the commissioning of the main production capacities at the field.
The MBSNU is designed to collect and prepare the products of oil and gas condensate wells by ensuring degassing, separation, gravitational settling of oil, gas condensate and achieving the required quality of oil, gas condensate (Customer requirements). The MBSNU allows you to operate the well, evaluate the productivity of gas and condensate, determine its performance characteristics and, based on the data obtained, select the optimal mode of its operation.
The MUPN is designed to collect and prepare the products of oil producing wells by ensuring deep dehydration, desalination, reducing the elasticity of oil vapors and achieving the required quality of commercial oil (according to GOST 51858-2002) and discharged formation waters for further transportation.
The MUPN layout in the form of blocks allows for the delivery of equipment in the form of staged complete installations of start-up complexes (queues, lines, threads), increasing the capacity of the MUPN as the field is developed, and rationally spending financial resources on the construction of facilities.
The MUPN scheme includes a maximum set of equipment designed for the maximum parameters of the prepared products.
The MUPN is designed to dewater well products and clean the released bottom water.
The design and manufacture of the MSU is carried out taking into account the parameters of the produced liquid, the required productivity, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
