The process unit (BTKHLVZHH) is intended for storing flammable liquids and chemical reagents in fume hoods and on shelves.

BTKHLVZHH includes the following set of process equipment:

a cabinet for storing reagents, 600x400x1840 mm, with a branch pipe for connection to the exhaust ventilation system with a diameter of 150 mm in the amount of 8 pcs;
a universal rack SU-2, 900x400x1970 mm (5 shelves) in the amount of 4 pcs;
a cabinet for storing flammable liquids, 1190x600x1920 mm, with a flash point below 23°C, two-door, type 1200, option 1, in the amount of 2 pcs;
refrigerator for storing arbitration samples Ewald QR-600D in the amount of 2 pcs.
The unit for storing flammable liquids and chemical reagents is made in the form of a single-storey block-box with dimensions of 9000x3000x4000 mm of maximum factory readiness, with engineering and technical support systems and technological equipment placed in it.

The warehouse building is divided into a room for storing flammable liquids and a room for storing chemical reagents.

The block is provided with a type I fire partition in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6.2.12 of SP 4.13130.2009.

The design of the box corresponds to the technical conditions, GOST 23118-2012 "Steel building structures", SP 56.13330.2011 "Industrial buildings", OST26.260.18-2004 "Technological blocks for the gas and oil industry. General technical conditions", GOST 22853-86 "Mobile buildings".

BTKHLVZHH is supplied complete with instrumentation and automation equipment for monitoring the technological process of work, junction boxes, cable products, control system equipment.

Design and manufacture of BTKHLVZHH is carried out on the basis of a questionnaire or technical assignment of the Customer.
